1. Purpose of personal information processing

 The company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be taken.

3. Personal information collection method

  A. The company collects personal information through methods such as written submission, transmission by telecommunications, transmission by information and communication networks, provision by third parties, 

and collection by automatic collection devices.


  B. Personal information may be provided from external companies or organizations affiliated with the company, and in such cases, the affiliate must obtain consent from the user to provide personal information.


  C. When the company collects and processes personal information from a person other than the data subject, the company notifies the data subject of the source of the personal information collection, the purpose of processing personal information, and the right to request suspension of personal information processing. However, if the information collected by the company does not include personal information that can be notified to the data subject, such as contact information, the company will not provide notification.

 However, in the following cases, we will retain it until the end of the relevant reason.

 1) If an investigation or inquiry is in progress due to a violation of relevant laws, it shall continue until the investigation or inquiry is completed.

5. Destruction of Personal Information

A. The company shall destroy the personal information within 5 days when the retention period has expired, the purpose of processing has been achieved, or the personal information is no longer necessary.

B. If the retention period for personal information agreed to by the user has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved, but the personal information must be retained in accordance with other laws, the company will store the information in a separate database (DB) or transfer it to a different storage location.

C. The procedures and methods for the destruction of personal information are as follows. 

 1) Destruction Procedure

- The company selects the personal information subject to destruction upon the occurrence of a destruction reason and destroys it with the approval of the company's Personal Information Protection Officer..

  2) Destruction Method

- The company destroys personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format using methods such as low-level formatting, making it impossible to recover the records. Personal information recorded 

and stored on paper documents is destroyed by shredding with a shredder or incineration.


6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The company does not provide personal information to third parties.


7. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

The company does not entrust the processing of personal information to any third party.


8. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects (Users) and Methods of Exercise

  A. Data subjects (users) may exercise the following personal information protection rights with the company at any time.

  C. If a data subject (user) requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, the company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

    D. Data subjects (users) shall not violate relevant laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act and the Personal Information Protection Act to infringe on their own or others' personal information 

  and privacy processed by the company.

 

9. Matters Regarding the Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Devices for Automatic Collection of Personal Information

    A. The company uses "cookies" to store and retrieve user information from time to time in order to provide personalized and customized services to each user.

    B. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by the server (HTTP) operating the website to the user's computer browser and may also be stored on the user's PC hard disk.
